All buyers and renters need to be properly screened prior to moving in. Those persons who move in without going through the screening process are subject to Association's denial and eviction.

Estoppel and/or Condo Questionnaire must be requested in writing with a Company Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check, made payable to Innovative Property Management in the amount of $250.00 for (10) business days, an additional fee of $100.00 to obtain in (3) business days ($350.00 RUSH). If the account is delinquent, an additional fee of $150.00 applies.
